TOP 5 WOMEN AND THEIR ROLES IN TECH

“Women in Tech”, these words about women and technology connote, telling us about the roles, offerings, contributions, and presence of women in technology and other industries. The world is shifting in favor of women making quick progress in the technology industry because of women’s amazing 20 years of expertise as a CTO, former CIO, TEDx speaker, Creator of 5xminority, Inc., and member of the Forbes Technology Council.

With women’s intuitions, perceptions, and hard work, we are touring a global world that is extremely technologically astonishing, especially in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics(STEM). However, women’s strides have never been easy into the technological marvel. But to this day, men and women are dealing with a great inconsistency across the industry.

Many women worldwide are getting into their careers in technologies and industries such as Clara Shih (CEO and Co-founder of Hearsay Social), Caitlin Halferty (Global Chief Data Officer at Ericsson), Elaine Montilla (Chief Technology Officer at Pearson), Chitra Herle (EVP and Global CIO at GM Financial), Anu Bhardwaj (President and COO at Atlassian).

2. Clara Shih (Chief Executive Officer)

In the ground-breaking tech world, Clara Shih, the CEO of Salesforce AI and the founder of Hearsay Systems is a well-known and eminent personality, pouring herself as an entrepreneur, investor, and author. Overseeing AI at Salesforce, Clara directs diverse tasks that include AI copilot agent platforms and models, go-to-market, and partnerships.

Her role of focus is to manage the implementation of Einstein AI into Salesforce products where she makes sure that they include trusted data and workflows for improved user experience.

3. Caitlin Halferty (Global Chief Data Officer)

Chitra Herle, EVP & Global Chief Information Officer at GM Financial, is an accomplished business and technology leader with deep experience in leading technology transformations in the financial sector. Expertise in mobilizing modern tech tools-Cloud and DevSecOps platforms, APIs, and micro-services architectures.

She is proceeding toward accelerating business performance and raising an ambitious or competitive edge. For fostering inspiration and excellence she is being acclaimed.

Assembles high-performing engineering teams in an inclusive culture that defends innovation, collaboration, and diversity.

Chitra is positioned as a strategic visionary and tactical executor, idealizing detailed solutions to acquire and ensure both onshore and inshore resources, and steering an all-encircling enterprise from inception through planning. The steering and standings solidify her as an influential figure in the industry.

5. Anu Bhardwaj (President and COO)

Anu Bhardwaj is well-known to be the President of Atlassian along with she is also the Chief Operating Officer at Atlassian. A remarkable career that began at Microsoft is possessed by her; within a decade she has launched products for Microsoft Visual Studio.

Having been the Head of Product for Jira since unifying Atlassian in 2014, she had additional key roles beyond her current COO and President responsibilities.

She is acknowledged as the highest-ranking woman at Atlassian, for her directorial skills, fostering a $500M+ business, leading exceptional teams, and delivering blockbuster products.

With experience of 20+years, she has sharpened her prowess in product development, operations, strategy, corporate development, and engineering. An upholder for diversity, and transformative bringing’s, especially in raising women and championing diverse teams.
