From a film student who turned into a venture capitalist to a student of Stanford University with the President’s Award for Academic Excellence, there are many venture capitalists of the new generations had entered the market and calculative investments in the market whether it is an AI infrastructure or Technology start-ups they are deploying millions in them. Molly Mielke

    • Position: General Partner
    • Company: Moth Fund
    • Industry: Venture Capital

    • Age: 24

Raising $6 million Molly is the Sole General Partner of the Moth Fund. Molly always focused on early-stage start-ups like Infinite Machine and Armstrong and provided them with up to $250,000 in checks. She has invested in more than 36 businesses till now.

Zehra Naqvi

    • Position: Investor
    • Company: Headline Ventures
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: New York, New York
    • Age: 25

A consumer investor in Headline Ventures and the founder of The Z list newsletter Zehra has a great resume for her career. She had also invested in Kulfi Beauty, Opal, and Vacation.

Michelle Aguinis

    • Position: Head of Strategy & Operations
    • Company: Menlo Labs, Menlo Ventures
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: Miami, Florida
    • Age: 29

Melno Labs is known for its launching of 8 companies with seed funding where Michelle works as a head of strategy and operations. She also founded the Menlo fellowship in which 10 entrepreneurs got funding from the program for their start-ups.

Talia Askowitz

    • Position: Principal
    • Company: Deerfield Management
    • Industry: Healthcare Investment
    • Location: New York City, NY
    • Age: 26

At the age of 25 Talia became the Deerfield Management principle. Talia is also a board director at 9 startup companies and by starting two of the start-ups Alo and NJ JV she helped to deploy more than $500 million.

Kristina Chapple

    • Company: 11 Tribes Ventures
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: Chicago, Illinois
    • Age: 25

Chapple has helped to raise more than $11 million and $30 million for their first and second fund. She is the first employee of the 11 Tribes Ventures.

Emily Cohen

    • Position: Principal Investor
    • Company: NEO
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: San Francisco, California
    • Age: 26

In 2022, Emily joined the NEO which was an early-stage venture fund. She has many investments like Caldera, Telo, GPTZero, and Trucks. She also worked in non-profit organizations such as McKinsey and The Farmlink Project.

Elaine Dai

    • Position: Partner
    • Company: Alt Capital
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: San Francisco, California
    • Age: 24

Companies like Veza, Lavender, and Harness get an investment of more than $250 million from Elaine. In August 2024 Dai joined the Alt Capital to lead the AI investing and Infrastructure as a Partner.

George Easley

    • Company: Outsiders Fund

In 2023 George got the principle role in Outsiders Fund. George serves on the board with more than $25 million in capital deployed in the Benchmark, Cercle, and Breeder.

Rak Garg

    • Location: San Francisco, California
    • Age: 27

Garg became the partner in 2024 at Bain Capital Ventures. The start-ups that specialize in AI infrastructure and cybersecurity like Cleanlab, Pallet, and Poolside are where Garg has invested more than $150 million.

Grace Geng

    • Position: Vice President
    • Company: DST Global
    • Industry: Venture Capital
    • Location: San Carlos, California
    • Age: 29

 

Grace Geng is the youngest Vice president at DST Global. Born in China and grew up in Canada Grace helped her firm in investments of more than $450 million.

 

Conclusion:

So these are the young and new-generation venture capitalists in 2025 who are funding the future by funding tech start-ups. At this age, they are achieving many milestones and working in the field of AI infrastructure.
